Uncomplicated Returns

If the item has been produced with personalized specifications, then we cannot cancel your order, however, we are very fair. If you are not satisfied with a personalized product, simply contact us at info@lionlocs.com. We are very accommodating and as long as it’s within reason, we will do our best to find a reasonable solution. If the ordered item contains defects, then we will take the product back, reimburse your money or send an error-free product.

Cancelling your order

A new order can be cancelled or changed if the order has not already shipped. If it has been shipped, once returned you may be refunded or swap the product. If you would like to change or cancel your order, please email us at info@lionlocs.com.

Lion Locs LLC Fair Return Policy

Every ordered product at Lion Locs LLC is created just for you. Returned goods cannot be resold and are donated or thrown away. Promise: * If we make a mistake, we will send you a replacement or refund your money. * If you make a mistake with your order, email us at info@lionlocs.com. Should a mistake arise, we kindly ask that you contact us within 30 days to coordinate an acceptable solution. Please include your order number if applicable and a detailed explanation of the problem.

USA ORDERS:

First class shipping rates do not include insurance of your package during delivery! We HIGHLY recommend priority shipping which includes insurance. If you choose not to upgrade from first class, we cannot refund or replace broken and lost items as a result of the courier.

• WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR POSTAL DELAYS •

Postal delays are extremely common, especially during the holidays. Once a label is created, please allow 72 hours or more depending on the time of year before updates are loaded to your tracking number.

If your delivery is late, we ask you to allow 30 business days to pass before we can consider it lost and ship a replacement.

• PACKAGE SAYS DELIVERED BUT IS MISSING •

Within 36 hours of expected delivery- Verify the shipping address
Look for a notice of attempted delivery
Look around the delivery location for your package
See if someone else accepted the delivery

Some packages travel through multiple carriers; check your mailbox or wherever else you receive mail. 

Wait 36 hours – in rare cases packages may say delivered up to 36 hours prior to arrival.

• WE DO NOT UPDATE YOUR TRACKING INFORMATION •

USPS or any other courier service are government operated companies and are not affiliated with Lion Locs LLC. Therefore, if you have any complications with your order delivery, please contact your local courier with your tracking and they will assist you as needed.

• TRACKING NOT AVAILABLE •

The first package scan may be upon arrival at a regional hub near the destination. This is common when shipping volume is high and packages are processed in bulk. Until this first scan, the carrier may not acknowledge receipt of the package. The first package scan may not be until delivery.

• PACKAGE UNDELIVERABLE •

Item is too big for po box
Incorrect address
Improper address format ie missing “Po Box” in address
Damaged during shipment

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

When crossing borders, it is common for postal delays to occur due to parcels being held up at customs, security, etc. This is out of our control and we cannot be held responsible for late deliveries. Some standard International shipments, are not fully trackable.

• WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DUTIES AND TAXES UPON DELIVERY •

We have no control over customs charges nor do we know the cost, if any, associated with your countries policies. Knowledge of any unknown fees, please contact your local courier for details. Any shipped orders seeking a refund after declining to pay customs, products are seized, failure to signature for, or rejecting an order once attempted delivery is made, will not be refunded shipping costs.

LOST ORDERS:

Route is our third-party shipping insurance provider and is automatically added at checkout to ensure fast, hassle-free replacement in the event your order is lost, stolen, or damaged during transit. Claims with Route are typically resolved quickly and replacements are processed with minimal delay.

Route coverage is optional; however, if it is removed at checkout, we cannot guarantee a replacement or refund. Orders without Route insurance must be reported within 59 days of the ship date so we can submit an individual carrier claim on your behalf. Please note that uninsured claims are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and resolution times may be significantly longer, with no guarantee of replacement.
